Stable employment and life

After getting a job, there are quite a few foreign workers who become anxious and quit their jobs due to differences in lifestyle and ignorance of the surrounding environment (hospital visits, shopping, etc.).
In fact, in an article that investigated the reasons why foreign workers quit, it was found that about 40% of them quit because of work-related concerns or confusion about Japanese culture.
Many of these reasons for resignation could have been resolved if someone had helped.
We have a support system in place where our foreign staff can consult with you about any trivial matters in their native language.By providing foreign human resources with a safe and secure living environment, we contribute to improving their motivation to work.

Examples: Procedures at government offices, opening a bank account, housing and mobile contracts, how to use public transportation, support for visiting a hospital, interpersonal relationships and concerns at work, consultation on status of residence and temporary return to Japan, etc.
We hold regular interviews regarding the problems foreign workers are having, provide information, and accompany them through procedures.

Fee

We strive for the best price clarity in the industry.
The living support fee is a fixed fee of 20,000 to 30,000 per month, and there is no limit to the number of consultations or accompanying procedures.
